We are pleased to announce that this year’s IRSA ASM 2024 Registrar/IR Fellow Research Prize went to Dr Mark Bolger from Melbourne, Victoria.
Mark’s abstract “A cost-utility study assessing conventional and drug-eluting transarterial chemoembolization for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma in an Australian public hospital” has been accepted for publication in JMIRO and he has won a trip to CIRSE Congress 2024 to be held in Lisbon, Portugal from 14-18 September.
This prize, jointly offered by CIRSE and IRSA, is a fantastic opportunity for our junior members to be involved in a global conference in Europe.
